Greece in Spring

Greece in the Summer is extremely hot! That is not surprising, considering you’ll be walking all over on ancient rocks under the blazing sun. By midday, visitors would be queueing for bottled water in rows of vending machines in the Acropolis. An opportunity came to see Greece this Spring…a better time to go! Certainly a cooler climate. Clear blue sky. There are patches of green between rocks and wild flowers are in bloom. There may be chances of showers and gales of wind that can literally push you off the cliff…and believe it or not, you may be waking up to a snowfall. Yes, snow! But, hey! Who’s complaining? Opa!
